As we have recently moved to our new property and have more available pasture, we will be expanding our beef herd. We commit to growing 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef on pesticide-free pastures.
We put high importance on rotationally grazing the cows through the pastures to mimic the natural grazing patterns of ruminants through thousands of years past. This enhances soil quality by not beating up any area too much and giving the land time to rest before the next grazing. This increases overall nutrition of the beef because the grass gets deeper roots and increased minerals.
As we are just beginning growing our beef operation, these shares will not be available until Fall 2023 and will be limited.
